Welcome to Choose Life of Georgia, Inc
Choose Life of Georgia, Inc. is a non-profit organization that receives the revenue from the sale and renewal of Choose Life specialty plates ($10 per plate). These funds are distributed to agencies that counsel for adoption and not for abortion.
As of December 2008, thirty-six Georgia agencies receive Choose Life funds quarterly.
You can replace your current tag with the Choose Life specialty tag at any time - you do not have to wait until your tag comes up for renewal!

You may print the application form as well as view the Choose Life tag
Take the completed application form as well as any other required documents to your local Tax Commissioner's office.
If the tag is in your county's inventory and you meet all the requirements for issuance, the tag can be issued to you at that time. If the tag is not in your county's inventory, a temporary operation permit can be issued for your use in operating your vehicle until the tag becomes available.
What is the cost for a tag?
* Effective May 26, 2010, the State of Georgia increased the fees for all speciality tags. Choose Life of Georgia still only receives $10.
